My experience with the hotel was extremely disappointing. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation, the lack of responsiveness from customer service regarding my booking issue left a sour taste. I had booked premium single storey accommodation but was downgraded without notice, leading to considerable frustration. On the bright side, the location in a family-friendly area was a plus, though it doesn't make up for the inconvenience and added costs I faced.
My experience with Center Parcs Eifel was extremely disappointing due to their poor customer service and the hassle surrounding my refund. Initially, I was excited about my premium single storey accommodation but was switched to a 2 storey downgrade just a month before my arrival, which was not suitable for me. I had to arrange alternative accommodation last minute, which was costly. Overall, I'm very frustrated and will likely avoid booking with them again.
I was really looking forward to our stay, having booked premium single-storey accommodation months in advance. Now I'm forced to find alternative (and more expensive) accommodation at the last minute, all while still waiting for my refund from them.
